Open Tender Notice 33-36 & 38-39/2026 – Supply of Scientific Equipment, Chemicals & Accessories (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply on FOR Islamabad basis. Firms must have their own offices with telephone/fax facilities. Tender fee per package is Rs. 2,000. Tender documents are issued on written request on company letterhead against bank draft/pay order in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.

Key conditions:

- Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms with a history of non-supply against past orders. Tenders received after the stated time/date will not be entertained.

- Tenders must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders at any stage.

- Original bank draft/pay order should be received by the procuring office ONE DAY before the opening date. The last date for issuance of tender documents is ONE DAY before the opening date.
