Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for senior positions to support Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services export growth. Interested professionals with relevant qualifications and post-qualification experience are encouraged to apply.

Proven track record in developing/executing B2B, G2B, G2C international partnerships, opening new markets or attracting international clients. Project/program management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory facilitation, leadership/decision-making experience and work with regulatory authorities or business facilitation units are highly desirable. |
| Director Infrastructure | 56 years (max) | Minimum 16 years of education; degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering or Architecture (HEC-recognized). Higher qualifications in Infrastructure/Project Management and certifications such as PMP are advantageous. PEC registration preferred or eligible for registration. | At least 10 years post-qualification experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations or related domains. Experience in construction and operations of large building complexes, IT parks, commercial/academic centers, strategic planning and management of high-value civil/infrastructure projects (especially public sector), MEP/HVAC/fire & life safety/BMS systems, vendor/contractor management. Familiarity with ICT/network infrastructure; prior international technology-park experience desirable. |
