Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan. PSEB is seeking highly capable individuals for senior leadership roles to develop and promote Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services sector.

| Chief Business Development Officer | 56 Years (Max.) | 16 years of education with a degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Management / Economics / Business Administration / Public Policy / Finance / Marketing or related discipline (degree from HEC-recognized national or international university) | Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in IT, business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, public-private partnerships or related domains. Demonstrated experience in developing & executing B2B, G2B & G2G international partnerships, project/program management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory facilitation, and leadership. Approximately 3 years in a technology-focused, export-oriented public, sector or comparable organization preferred. |
| Director Infrastructure | 56 Years (Max.) | 16 years of education with a degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering or related engineering discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university (higher qualifications or management certifications such as PMP/PSP are advantageous) | Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations or related domains. Experience in construction, operations of large-scale building complexes, IT parks, commercial towers, FM, MEP systems, HVAC, life & fire safety systems, building management systems (BMS), and vendor/contractor management. Experience in strategic planning and project management for high-value civil/engineering or infrastructure projects preferred. Registration with PEC or relevant professional body desirable. |
