FBR Tender: Supply of 250 Bullet-Proof Jackets and 250 Helmets for DES (Bid 2026-08-27)

Issuer: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan. Project: Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP). Procurement Purpose: Supply of Bullet-Proof Jackets and Helmets for all Digital Enforcement Stations (DES) – Indus Sites.

Scope and Quantity: One package for supply of Bullet-Proof Jackets and Helmets — Total quantity: 500 items (250 Jackets and 250 Helmets).

Eligibility and Procurement Method: National competitive procurement under the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Fifth Edition, September 2023). Sealed single-envelope bids are invited from eligible bidders as specified in the RFB document.

Pre-bid Meeting: 2026-07-27 at 11:30 AM at FBR House, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. The pre-bid may be attended virtually as indicated in the RFB document.

Bid Security: PKR 2,000,000 (Two Million Pakistani Rupees) in the form required by the bidding documents (e.g., pay order / CDR / bank guarantee), to be submitted with the bid as specified in the RFB.

Submission and Opening: Bids must be delivered to the address below by or before 11:30 AM on 2026-08-27. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM.
