E-Tender: Independence Day 2026 Celebration Arrangement — District Council Mandi Bahauddin

- Last date & time to upload bids on the e-Procurement/EADP dashboard: 2026-08-01 at 12:00 PM.
- Tender opening: 2026-08-01 at 12:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin (in presence of contractors or authorized representatives).

Bid security and conditions:

- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost, to be uploaded as per portal guidelines, in favour of District Council M.B.Din.
- Method of evaluation: Least cost; conditional or incomplete tenders will not be entertained.
- Contractors offering more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimate must deposit 5% performance/quality assurance security.
- Submission of forged documents or CDR will result in legal action and disqualification. All procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; guidance materials are available on the portal.
