Invitation to Bid — Commissioner Gilgit Division (Tenders for FY 2026-2027)

Office of the Commissioner, Gilgit Division invites sealed bids from authorized distributors/suppliers/well-reputed firms for multiple procurement heads for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders will be received and opened on the dates and times given below in presence of contractor or authorized representative.

How to Apply / Key Conditions:

- Submit sealed tender documents to the office of the Commissioner, Gilgit Division by the listed closing date/time for each package.

- Earnest money (call deposit) as specified above must accompany the tender in the form of demand draft/pay order in the name of Commissioner Gilgit Division from any scheduled bank.

- Tender documents with incomplete supporting documentation will not be accepted.

- An affidavit on stamp paper (Rs. 100) declaring that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government / Semi-Government Organization / PPRA must be attached.

- Firms awarded contracts are bound to supply items to the Commissioner Office up to 30 June 2027.

- Firms quoting irrational/unjustifiable rates (even if for a single item) may be rejected.

- Tender forms / NIT availability (non-refundable) and prescribed fees: Repair of Transport – PKR 10,000; Unforeseen Expenditures – PKR 8,000; Exhibition & Fairs – PKR 4,000. Fees to be deposited through Treasury Challan in the National Bank of Pakistan as instructed.

- Procedure & Evaluation: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Technical evaluation weight: 70 marks; Financial: 30 marks. Minimum 60% marks required in technical proposal to qualify.

- Tender documents will be opened on the scheduled opening date/time in presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
