Open Tender Notice 40-45/2026 — Sealed Bids for Equipment and Services (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box No. 1482), Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis registered with Sales Tax Department. Tenders must be submitted as per terms & conditions below. Tender documents are available on written request with required tender fee and must be addressed to the undersigned.

Key Instructions & Conditions:

1. Tender documents, specifications, and terms & conditions can be obtained from Head Procurement on written request on company letterhead with the required tender fee (bank draft/pay order) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.

2. Each tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

3. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have previously failed to supply ordered stores.

4. Postal delays will not be entertained. Envelopes must be superscribed with tender number and date. The validity of tenders must be 60 days from the date of opening.

5. Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

6. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids at any stage.

7. The original bank draft/pay order should reach the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before the opening date.
