Request for Quotation: Stationery & Allied Materials for 400 Girls Community Schools — KP-HCIP (Peshawar)

Project Management Unit (PMU), KP-Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP), Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed quotations from eligible, reputable firms for the procurement of stationery and allied materials for 400 Girls Community Schools under the KP Human Capital Investment Project.

Eligibility & Key Requirements: Quotations will be accepted from eligible, reputable firms, offices or contractors duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the RFQ documents and accompanied by the required bid security. Rates must remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of opening. All applicable taxes (NTN/GST) will be deducted as per prevailing government rules. Conditional or late quotations will not be accepted.

How to obtain RFQ: RFQ documents are available at the PMU office during office hours (09:00 to 17:00). Quotations must be delivered to the Project Office by the stated deadline. For full terms, scope of supply, specification of stationery items, packaging and delivery instructions, and other bidding conditions consult the RFQ available from the Project Office.

Only quotations that meet the RFQ requirements and submission conditions will be considered. The Project Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per applicable rules.
