Tender: Missing Facilities for PHQ Hospital Gilgit — Building Division GB C&WD

Issuer: Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division GB C&WD Gilgit. Invitation: Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) sealed tender from eligible firms/contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 & above (valid up to 30 June 2027) with relevant specialization.

How to obtain bidding documents: From the office of the undersigned on submission through treasury challan as shown against the work (non-refundable) on any working day. Bidders must follow the published terms and conditions.

Key eligibility and documentary requirements (as stated):

• PEC registration: Category C6 or above with appropriate specialization, valid up to 30 June 2027.
• Original departmental No Litigation/No Sick certificate issued on behalf of the Office of Secretary Works C&WD in prescribed format for FY 2026-27.
• Original renewal receipt from Works Department GB for financial year 2026-27.
• Copy of National Identity Card of owner (or owner of the firm).
• Project-specific power of attorney on judicial stamp paper (if applicable) attested by 1st Class Magistrate.
• Earnest money in the form of CDR in favour of Executive Engineer Building Division C&WD Gilgit from a scheduled bank (CDR must carry original signature of the authority; electronic/unsigned CDR not acceptable).
• Each firm/ JV eligible to obtain bidding document for only one project; offering rates below 15% of TS estimate requires performance guarantee in the form of differential amount CDR.

Other notes: Bids will be rejected if CDR or required documents are not provided. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals as per applicable rules. If the advertised opening date is a local holiday, the bid opening will be held on the next working day with the same time and conditions.
