CDA Islamabad Tender: Improvement/Rehabilitation of IT Park Approach Road (Kuri Road to Zong HQ)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Road Division-I. Electronic bids are invited from firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding a valid Registration Certificate in category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-01 for the year 2026-27.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding procedure: Single-Stage, One-Envelope as per PPRA Rule 36(a), 2004.

- Bid security must be a Pay Order / CDR drawn in the bidder's name in favor of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA. A scanned copy of the bid security (PDF) must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal; the original bid security must be submitted to the office of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA.

- Bidders must upload attested copies of valid PEC registration certificate, CNIC, and tax registration certificate as required in the bidding documents.

- Submission method: Online only via E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk as per the bidding documents. Manual bids will not be entertained.

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-30 at 11:30 hrs.

- Opening: Bids will be opened through E-PADS at 12:00 noon on the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidder representatives at the office of Director Roads, CDA, Islamabad.

- Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information will be liable to legal action and disqualification. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
