Tender: Supply, Delivery & Installation of IT Equipment for Secretary Office — Climate Change Dept, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Issuer: Climate Change, Forestry, Environment & Wildlife Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Project: "Strengthening Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems"). Registered, reputed, authorized and financially sound firms are invited to submit sealed bids/quotations for supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of IT equipment for the Secretary Office and Committee Room.

Procurement method: Single Stage, Two Envelopes under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Technical Proposal (Envelope-I) and Financial Proposal (Envelope-II) to be submitted.

Price of bidding documents: PKR 1,000 (non-refundable), available from the office of the Project Director/Additional Secretary (Development), Climate Change, Forestry, Environment & Wildlife Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar.

Bid security: 2% of the bid amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Project Director (as per tender instructions).

Submission & opening: Bids must reach the office of the Project Director/Additional Secretary (Development), Strengthening Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems, Secretariat of Climate Change, Forestry & Environment, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar by 12:00 on 2026-08-03. Technical envelopes will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Eligibility: Registered, reputed, authorized and financially sound firms. Bidders must submit required documents, technical specifications and bid security as per the tender documents.
