Invitation for Framework Contract Bids: Medicines & Hospital Supplies — Shaheed Malak Jehan Alam Hospital

Shaheed Malak Jehan Alam Hospital, Lal Qila Maidan, Lower Dir invites sealed bids through the EPADS system for a framework contract to supply medicines (LP, Zakat & Sehat Sahulat), medical gases, laboratory chemicals/items, stationery, bedding/clothing, contingency items and other hospital supplies for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, importers, authorized agents and general order suppliers. Bid documents are available at www.healthkp.gov.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk and https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk.

Bidding will follow a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA rules. Bids must be uploaded via EPADS by 2026-08-05 at 10:30 a.m.; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 a.m. Each bid must include an irrevocable bid security in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Shaheed Malak Jehan Alam Hospital (original to be submitted at bid opening).
