Shangla District Police Tender for Vehicle & Motorcycle Parts and Maintenance FY 2026-27

The District Police Officer, Shangla invites online tenders for supply, repair and maintenance parts (tyres, tubes, batteries, paint, oil, fuel and other miscellaneous parts) for government vehicles and motorcycles for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding is on a single-stage, single-envelope basis; detailed parts are as listed in the advertisement and items must be delivered to the Shangla Head Office.

Submission deadline: 2026-08-05 by 10:30 (online); tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00. Contractors must apply via the EPADS e-procurement system, submit tax and KPPRA documents, provide proof of at least two work orders in the last three years, and deposit a CDR of PKR 100,000 before the tender closing date. Quoted rates remain valid until 2027-06-30. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders; award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder.
