PHED Lower Dir — Notice Inviting Tenders for AOM&R and Water Supply Scheme Works

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (PHED), Lower Dir invites sealed bids (Single Stage, Single Envelope) from eligible firms/contractors for multiple Operation, Maintenance & Repair (AOM&R) and water supply scheme (WSS) machinery works across Lower Dir. Key requirements and submission instructions:

• Contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and valid enrollment with the Provincial Enlistment Committee where applicable.
• Bids must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (as specified in the tender documents) in the shape of an approved instrument.
• Bids will be received by the Executive Engineer, PHED Lower Dir and opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. (Bids received up to 12:00 PM on the specified closing date; opening at 12:30 PM.)
