The Central Material Testing Laboratory (CMTL), Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of NQ Size High Pressure Inflatable/Deflatable Packers. Funds have been reserved for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules and related regulations using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
