District Health Officer (DHO) Kharmang, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed quotations/tenders from eligible firms and contractors for purchase/supply of various items and services for the financial year 2026-2027 under GB-PPRA rules. Bidders must submit refundable CDRs and comply with the terms and conditions listed below.

Key Terms & Conditions
- Bidders/contractors with unsatisfactory performance in the last financial year will not be allowed to participate.
- Procurement is subject to availability of funds and relevant budget heads.
- Each bidder must submit a refundable CDR in favor of the District Health Officer, as applicable.
- No change in approved quantity or quality of quoted items will be allowed after award of the contract.
- All supplied items must conform strictly to required specifications and quality standards.
- The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under PPRA Rule 36(1).
- Quotations offering prices extremely higher or lower than local market rates may be rejected.
- For local purchase of medicines, bidders must submit separate rate lists for national and multinational pharmaceutical companies.
- Firms participating in local purchase of medicines must possess a valid drug sale license issued by the Drug Regulatory Authority and maintain a functional medical store.
- If the tender opening date falls on a local holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
