Tender: Supply & Installation of CCTV, Walk-Through Gates and LED Fixtures — ADC (Finance & Planning), Gujrat

Issuing Authority: Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning), Gujrat invites electronic bids from reputed contractors, firms or organizations for supply and installation of durable goods under PPRA e-Tendering system for financial year 2026-27.

Key Submission & Eligibility Requirements:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) in accordance with PPRA rules; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Download bidding documents, tender conditions, specifications and related information from the PPRA and Punjab e-procurement websites.

- Firms/Organizations must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income & Sales Tax with an active tax profile.

- Technical proposal must contain bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in favor of Deputy Commissioner Gujrat.

- On acceptance, the bidder shall deposit performance guarantee @ 5% of the total value of the contract in the form of deposit at call in the name of Deputy Commissioner Gujrat.

- Incomplete, unsigned or unstamped bids, sealed without bid security and late submissions will not be considered.

- Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended till date).

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals in accordance with Rule 35 of PPRA, 2014, and to communicate grounds for rejection on request.

Submission & Opening:

- Last date/time for online submission on EPADS: 2026-08-02 by 12:00 PM.

- Online rates announced / opened on same date at 12:30 PM.

Validity & Supply Notes:

- The rate of goods & consumables, if quoted as items, must be valid till 30 June 2027.

- Contractor/Supplier should be able to supply goods/items as and when required by the Department during the financial year 2025-26 and also in case of non-availability/ till allocation of funds by Government of the Punjab (as applicable).
