E-Tender: Transport Services for Workers Welfare School (Girls) Morning Shift, Sahukimallian, Sheikhupura

Issuer: Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (Labour & Human Resource Department). Inviting e-bids for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities for students of Workers Welfare School (Girls), Morning Shift, Sahukimallian (District Sheikhupura) for the 2026–27 and 2027–28 academic years.

How to apply: All bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. Interested firms must register on EPADS to be eligible.

Eligibility & important conditions:

• Vehicles must be model 2015 or later (documentary evidence required).
• One student per seat ratio will be observed.
• Prospective bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / earnest money equal to 2% of the total estimated contract cost in favor of Principal, Workers Welfare School (Girls), Sahokimallian. The original physical CDR must be submitted to the school office before the bid closing time; failure to submit original CDR will lead to rejection of the technical bid.
• Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure will be followed. Technical and financial bids must be complete, signed, stamped and submitted online by the specified deadline. Technical bids will be opened first; financial bids of those technically qualifying will be opened later.
• Participating firms must obtain at least 70% marks under the technical evaluation criteria. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
• Successful bidders will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR @ 5% of the contract amount prior to or at the time of signing the contract.
