Important submission & eligibility notes:
- Tender forms can be obtained from the District Health Office Gilgit during office hours on payment of the scheduled fee (tender fee stated per head above).
- A separate call deposit (bid security) for each head must be deposited in the name of District Health Office Gilgit in a government-approved bank and the original deposit must be submitted with the tender; without the call deposit the tender will not be accepted.
- Specific eligibility: ORD/MISC furniture items require a shop in Gilgit city; vehicle repair/spare parts contractors must have an auto shop in Gilgit; stationery supplier must have a stationery shop in Gilgit.
- Tenders must be typewritten (handwritten submissions will not be accepted).
- Tender documents can be collected during office hours until 2026-07-27. Tenders will be received up to 11:00 AM on 2026-07-27 (no tender accepted after 11:30 AM). Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders on 2026-07-27 at 11:30 AM.
- Fraudulent or blacklisted contractors will be excluded. Separate quotations for each head are allowed. Tenders with unrealistically low rates or fake quotations may be rejected/cancelled.
