How to obtain bidding documents: Bidders may obtain bidding documents from the Model Pharmacy, CPEIC Multan on submission of a written application, copy of CNIC and payment of the non-refundable tender fee (Rs. 3,000/-) and the required bid security (CDR) for each tender package.
Bid submission and opening: Sealed bids, prepared under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure, must be submitted on or before 2026-08-06 by 11:00 AM at CPE Institute of Cardiology, Multan. Technical proposals and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" & "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL". Technical envelopes will be opened on 2026-08-06 at 11:30 AM. Financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently.
Important conditions: Late or delayed bids will not be accepted. Incomplete bids or bids submitted without the required security deposit will be rejected. Bidders must quote their best and most competitive prices. All specifications and other terms and conditions are included in the bidding documents.
