Walton Cantonment Board RFP: Install, Operate & Maintain 14 Bus Shelters on Walton Road (BOT)

Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonment Department, Walton Cantonment Board Lahore. Walton Cantonment Board invites sealed/electronic proposals from reputed firms, advertising agencies, outdoor media operators, engineering firms, and consortiums for the Design, Construction, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Bus Shelters on Walton Road on a Build, Operate & Transfer (BOT) basis.

Key obligations: The successful bidder shall finance, construct, install, operate and maintain the bus shelters at its own cost and shall be granted advertisement rights on approved advertisement panels as part of the bus shelters for a concession period of five (05) years, subject to RFP terms and conditions.

Eligibility Criteria (summary): Bidders must be legally registered with relevant authorities; possess valid NTN and active taxpayer status; not be blacklisted by any government/autonomous/local body/public sector organization; have relevant experience in outdoor advertising, infrastructure development, civil works, urban furniture, bus shelters or similar projects; and demonstrate adequate financial capability.

Bid Security / Fees: A refundable security deposit of Rs. 1,400,000/- in the shape of CDR in the name of Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantt Board, Lahore is required.

Availability of Documents: Detailed RFP documents are available on EPADS and may also be obtained from the Walton Cantonment Board during office hours.

Submission: Proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rules and EPADS procedures. Technical and financial proposals (submitted separately) must be uploaded on EPADS on or before the closing date and time.
