Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan. PSEB is recruiting senior professionals for workforce development and marketing/branding roles to support Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services sector.

Position	Key Eligibility & Experience
Chief Skills Development Officer (CSDO)	Age limit: 56 years (maximum). Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in ICT, Business, Education Leadership, Management Sciences, Public Policy, or a related discipline. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development or skills training. Experience in higher education, government liaison, strategic planning, managing large teams, multi-stakeholder projects, and national or large-scale training initiatives preferred. Demonstrated success securing funding and managing high-impact projects is desirable. Preferred knowledge: Emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity), workforce mobility trends, and measurable outcomes for workforce initiatives.
Director Marketing & Branding	Age limit: 56 years (maximum). Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Strategic Communication, Psychology, IT/Computer Sciences, or related fields. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding, strategic communications, with experience at senior or progressively responsible levels. Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning/execution, vendor and agency management, public relations, crisis communication, and measurable marketing outcomes is required. Preferred skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hot Suite), CRM, social/digital channels, and experience with public-sector or government-linked organizations is advantageous.
