Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecom. PSEB invites applications for two senior positions to support IT/ITeS export growth, skills development and marketing/branding initiatives.

Degree must be HEC-recognized. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development or skills training. Experience in higher education, government liaison, strategic planning preferred. Proven record managing large teams, multi-stakeholder projects and high-impact programs (e.g., PSDP). Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) and workforce mobility desirable. |
| Director Marketing & Branding | Maximum 56 years | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Marketing / Communications / Branding / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Media Studies or related disciplines. Degree must be HEC-recognized. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding or strategic communications, including planning and executing marketing and branding initiatives, digital marketing, large-scale campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with agency partners, media relations and modern marketing platforms preferred. Familiarity with tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM) is an advantage. |
