| Minimum Qualifications | MA/M.Sc/BS (Hons) with B.Ed/M.Ed from an HEC-recognised institution. M.Phil or Ph.D preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification teaching experience at Matric level or above. At least 5 years as Principal, Director or Head of a reputed public school, cadet college or leading private institution. Only post-qualification experience will be counted. |
| Age | 40–55 years |
| Compensation | Starting salary Rs. 300,000 per month (negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience and demonstrated competence). Entitled to furnished official accommodation within the campus. |
| Contract & Conditions | Appointment on a one-year contract, extendable based on performance. Candidates with a Third Division in their academic career are not eligible. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written assessment and interview. Board reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process. No TA/DA admissible. |
