Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, invites applications for two senior positions to drive skills development and marketing for Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services sector.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Key Experience / Requirements
Chief Skills Development Officer (CSDO)	Up to 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in ICT / Business / Education Leadership / Management Sciences / Public Policy or a related discipline	Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development or skills training; Experience in higher education, government liaison and strategic planning preferred; Proven track record managing large teams, complex multi-stakeholder projects and national-level policy initiatives; Experience securing and managing high-impact donor or development projects is an advantage; Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) and global workforce mobility trends desirable.
Director Marketing & Branding	Up to 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Marketing / Communications / Branding / Business Administration / Management or related disciplines	Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding or strategic communications, with experience at senior or progressively responsible levels; Experience in planning and executing marketing and branding initiatives, including digital marketing and large-scale campaigns; Ability to lead teams and work with senior management and external stakeholders; Familiarity with public-sector or partner-funded programs and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite or CRM systems is advantageous.
