Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for eligible training partners to deliver a free High-Tech IT training programme under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program (PYMSDP) Batch-III. International certifications will be offered in partnership with leading software houses and certification agencies. Institutes/academies offering international certifications and official partners in Pakistan are encouraged to apply.

Key requirements and preferences for training partners:
- No joint ventures allowed.
- IT institutes/software houses preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Principal / Vendor Partner (academies/institutes) only. Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in previous international certification batches will not be entertained.
