Key submission and eligibility details:
- Earnest money is refundable and must be submitted as a Bank Draft in the name of DDO, National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM), Islamabad against FTN No. 9011606-2.
- Firms must be registered on PPRA ePADS system to download tender documents via their e-mail addresses.
- A tender fee receipt of PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) must be obtained from NIRM and attached with the tender documents.
- Completed tenders must be submitted through PPRA's ePADS system by 2026-07-20 up to 10:00 A.M.; bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 A.M.
- For queries contact the General Section of NIRM. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender prior to acceptance. Bidders must follow PPRA rules (including Clause 36(c)), and GRC provisions per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Specific bidding procedure notes for listed items are provided in the tender document.
