PIMS Tender Notice No. 03/2026-2027 — Supply & Services for Financial Year 2026-27 (Islamabad)

Issuer: Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad. Tender Notice No. 03/2026-2027 invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (PPRA Rules, 2004) from reputed firms registered with FBR, Sales Tax & Income Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List.

Procurement covers supply of linen, furniture, housekeeping, horticulture, computer & store items, provision/installation of spare parts for 30–Beds Mortuary, blood bank items and equipment, surgical disposable items, purchase of blood bag shakers, tube welder and installation of automated hemoglobin electrochemistries on reagent/rental basis for Hematology/Pathology as detailed below. Bids will be processed through E-PADS Version 2.0 (PPRA website) and firms must submit required original documents (CDR, signed tender documents, undertaking on judicial stamp) to the Purchase Department PIMS by the stated deadline.

• Tender documents available on PPRA website and PIMS website; purchase from Purchase Department PIMS (purchase fee Rs.2,000/- non-refundable).
• Required documents: copies of FBR Income Tax & Sales Tax Registration Certificate and proof of 100% Active Taxpayer List (Sales Tax) as applicable; original CDR and signed & stamped tender documents.
• Last date for issuance of tender schedule: 2026-07-22 at 01:00 PM (purchase department PIMS).
• Submission deadline for original documents to Purchase Department PIMS: by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-23. Electronic bids submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 with requisite attachments will be entertained; bid opening at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-23.
• Tender fee, bid security, and further terms as per Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) referenced in the notice.
