Submission instructions: Sealed tenders must be addressed to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), clearly marked with the tender number and produced in accordance with bidding document instructions. Documents must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila on or before 14:00 hours on 2026-07-13. Bids will be opened at 14:30 hours on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Documents & fees: Tender documents are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management, HMC, and can be purchased against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favor of HMC. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities as required.
Additional notes: With reference to Tender Notice HMC-37/2026 (advertised in Daily Jang on 2026-07-05), the tender opening date for the referenced Sr. #15 is corrected to 2026-07-13 (instead of 2026-07-22). HMC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or cancel/stop the tendering process at any stage without assigning reasons.
