Notice Inviting E-Bids — Karak Area Development Program (Establishment of Community Centre)

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil (HQ) District Karak invites sealed e-bids for developmental schemes under the "Karak Area Development Program (On MRS-2025)". Single-stage, single-envelope e-bidding is invited from government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department or on the Centralized Enlistment of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.

How to apply / Important notes:

- Bid documents can be downloaded from the official e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk) and from the KPPRA website after publishing the NIT.

- Complete and scanned copies of the same shall be uploaded on the e-procurement system; original bid security and required documents must be submitted to the office as per the instructions in the bid documents.

- Bid securities must be prepared in favour of the Assistant Director (Sr.), LG&RDD Karak and uploaded at time of submission; originals to be delivered to the office by the deadline.

- Contractors must meet PEC registration and enlistment requirements and other conditions as detailed in the bidding documents. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per KPPRA rules.
