Auction: Tuck Shop/Canteen and Parking Services at THQ Hospital Lalamusa (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa invites sealed bids/auction submissions for operation of the tuck shop/main canteen (cafeteria) and parking services for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit documents in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / earnest money must be submitted; without CDR, tender receipt and original CNIC no one will be allowed to participate.

- CDR of the successful bidder will be retained by the procuring agency until contract maturity; CDRs of unsuccessful bidders will be returned.

- Bidders must be active taxpayers (NTN/STN). Government/semi-government declared defaulters are ineligible.

- Contract commences on signing and expires on 2027-06-30.

- Payments are quarterly. The first quarter payment must be submitted within two weeks of issuance of the demand letter; delay will incur a penalty (5% per day as stated).

- Successful bidders must pay all applicable taxes levied by the Government of Punjab; non-compliance may lead to forfeiture of submitted warranty.

- Hospital administration reserves the right to reject any or all offers as per applicable rules (PPRA and relevant auction/collection rules).

- Bidders must vacate premises within 15 days if central contract/outsourcing is awarded; this clause is binding.

- Contractor responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of canteen and surroundings; penalty of PKR 2,000 per verified unhygienic complaint.

- Successful bidders must provide valid Police Verification and Medical Fitness certificates for all engaged staff; employing staff without required certificates will make the contractor liable to penalties.
