Position Segment Head — Integrated Risk Management (Risk Management Group)
Location Lahore
Grade Band 5 / Band 3
Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or foreign university
Experience & Age Minimum 9 years of banking experience with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Age up to 55 years as of 2026-07-17.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise implementation of the Basel framework at bank level and ensure accurate submission of regulatory returns (CAR, LR), and advise on adjustments.
  • Ensure timely submission of LCR, NSFR, monitoring tools and stress testing.
  • Develop and maintain ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Contingency Funding Plan, Recovery & Resolution Plans and related documentation.
  • Review IFRS 9 models (PD, LGD, EAD, CCR) and other risk models.
  • Review/renew Bank’s Risk Appetite Framework, risk-adjusted pricing models, ERM SOPs and policies.
  • Drive automation and integration of risk management functions; conduct UATs of Basel and IFRS engines and other treasury systems.
