Pre-qualification of printing and production agencies for audio/video production of PAF songs and related pre/post-production services for FY 2026-27.
Eligibility
Agencies must be registered with FBR, have NTN, be on the active taxpayer list, submit an affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government department, and provide duly audited accounts for the past three years. Incomplete documents will not be considered.

How to Apply
Proposals must be submitted in English in a sealed envelope marked 'Pre-Qualification of Printing and Production Agency' to the Director Public Relations, Directorate General Public Relations (Air Force), Sector E-9 Air Headquarters Islamabad. A bid security of PKR 10,000 in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Draft, or CDR in favor of PAF Publicity Fund must be attached with technical documents. The Expression of Interest document can be downloaded from www.ppra.org.pk and www.paf.gov.pk.

PAF reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004, without explanation. Late bids will be returned unopened as per Rule 28 of PPRA Rules. Queries must be in writing to maintain transparency and audit trail. Only shortlisted agencies will be called for a comprehensive presentation and will be intimated through newspaper advertisement.
