RUDA Invites Bids for External Audit Services (3-Year)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) invites proposals from qualified audit firms listed in Category 'A' by the State Bank of Pakistan for the provision of external audit services for a period of three (3) years. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments.

Tender documents are available from the RUDA office on submission of a non-refundable Pay Order/CDR of PKR 10,000 (valid 90 days) payable to Ravi Urban Development Authority; documents are also advertised on RUDA's website but bids will be accepted only if accompanied by the required Pay Order/CDR. Proposals shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes must be submitted by 2026-08-03 11:00 AM to RUDA, 151 Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore. Technical proposals must include a Bid Security of PKR 50,000 (Pay Order/CDR, valid 90 days beyond bid validity). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The retiring/current audit firm and any affiliated firms are not eligible to participate; RUDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
