Government of Pakistan, Planning Commission (Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives) invites applications for contract positions under the project "Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening" for the Population, Monitoring & Results Tracking Unit (MTU). Initial appointments are for two years, extendable subject to performance and project continuation.

| Advisor – Population Strategy & Governance | 1 | Master's degree in Public Policy, Management, Data Sciences, Demography, Development Economics or other STEM field | Minimum 10 years relevant experience in development sector programming or development planning. Experience in demographic analysis and survey data interpretation. Prior exposure to Pakistan's population sector (government, partner or research) and excellent writing skills preferred. | PPS-11 |
