Government of Pakistan — Planning Commission, Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (Capacity Building & Institutional Strengthening) invites applications for two contract positions for the Results Tracking Unit (MTU) under the project “Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening of MoPD&SI” initially for a period of two years (extendable).

Experience in health/population sectors preferred; prior experience working with government, delivery units or international organisations preferred; experience engaging development partners and donors at senior level preferred. | PPS-12 |
| Advisor — Population Strategy & Governance | 1 | Master's degree in Public Policy, Management, Data Sciences, Demography, Development Economics or other STEM field | Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in development sector programming or development planning. Experience with demographic analysis and interpretation of survey data. Prior exposure to Pakistan's population sector (government, partner or research) preferred. Excellent writing skills. | PPS-11 |
