Issuer: Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHK NCRD), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. AHK NCRD invites electronic bids (e-bids) through the E-PADs / e-procurement system for provision of non-core services and supply & installation works at the AHK NCRC complex.
Key submission method and eligibility:
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADs/e-procurement portal. Registered bidders may download bidding documents from the e-procurement site and AHK NCRD's official website. The advertisement is also available on the PPRA website.
- Firms must be registered with PPRA and FBR and meet the eligibility criteria in the bidding documents. For the solarization package (Sr. #1), registration with PEC (minimum category C3) is required. The firm for Sr. #1 must be an approved vendor by the Ministry of Energy (where applicable).
- Required bid security and instruments (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque) must be provided as specified in the bidding documents. An affidavit on stamp paper (Rs.100) stating the firm is not blacklisted at time of submission is required.
