Tender: Annual Repairs, Maintenance & Services — Ministry of Climate Change, Islamabad (Closing 2026-06-30)

Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan (LG&RD Complex, G-5/2, Islamabad) invites sealed technical bids from companies/firms that have established state-of-the-art workshops/offices in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, equipped with skilled manpower for purchase, repair and maintenance services for the financial year 2026–27.

Eligibility: Firms/companies with established workshops/offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and skilled manpower as specified.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPADS e-Procurement System (https://eprocure.gov.pk). A hard copy must also be delivered to the undersigned on or before the bid closing date/time.

Tender fee & deadline: Non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 to be submitted to the DDO, MCCC&EC on or before bid closing. Online uploads and physical drop in the Tender Box will be accepted up to 11:30 AM on 2026-06-30.

Opening of bids: 12:30 PM on 2026-06-30 in the Committee Room (3rd Floor) of the Ministry. Bidding will follow PPRA Rules and the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as applicable.
