Interested firms must be registered, active taxpayers and e-filers. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Paks Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk by uploading separate PDF files for Technical and Financial proposals as required in the Proposal Document (RFP-57). Original documents (including bid security in prescribed form) must be furnished as specified in the RFP.
