OPF Invitation to Bids for Hydraulic Excavator, Tractor, Water Bowser and Allied Items — Islamabad

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites bids for procurement of a tyre-mounted hydraulic excavator, tractor, hydraulic trolley, water bowser and allied items for operation/maintenance of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad. Bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope competitive procedure; tender documents are available for download from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS 2.0) and OPF/PPRA websites.

Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0 on or before 2026-07-27 12:00. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 in the presence of bidders. A bid security (CDR/Pay Order) is required and the original must be submitted before bid closing; non-responsive offers or conditional/alternative/dual offers will be rejected.
