Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) invites proposals for consultancy services for an EOI/selection of an internationally reputed firm for a third-party performance audit of OGRA (Ref: P54194). Procurement will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope QCBS method; a bid security and prescribed declarations are required.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 2026-07-30 11:00 AM; proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
