Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids under Tender Notice No. 04 for the financial year 2026-27 for the procurement of engine oil for diesel, petrol vehicles and motorcycles.
Bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement/EPADS version 2.0 portal; EPADS registration is mandatory. Only firms with valid NTN and tax registrations and listed on the Active Taxpayers List may participate. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope (QCBS) procedure, requires the prescribed bid security, and bids prepared per the bidding documents must be uploaded by 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened via EPADS at 11:30 AM the same day.
