Issuer: CIMS DHAB. CIMS DHAB invites sealed tenders (expression of interest) from well-established and reputed suppliers, service providers, or sole agents to procure, install, test and commission NOMES (National Online MCQ Examination System) to transition MBBS MCQ examinations to a computer-based testing (CBT) platform.
| Eligibility | Suppliers/service providers/sole agents registered for Sales Tax and Income Tax for 2025-26; blacklisted firms by PPRA/Defense Forces will not be considered. |
| Tender fee | Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable). Evidence of deposit must be enclosed with Technical Proposal. |
