PAF-IAST Haripur Tender: Supply of Electrical & Electronics Consumables

Issuer: Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur.

PAF-IAST invites sealed bids through EPADS only for the supply of electronics/electrical consumables for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Key conditions and eligibility:

• Bidders must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan and registered with FBR.
• Bidders must possess Manufacturer status or Distribution/Dealer status with authorization from the Manufacturer/Principal specific to this tender.
• Bidders must have sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the contract within the prescribed time.

Tender documents (instructions to bidders, specifications, terms and conditions, submission procedure, evaluation criteria) are available electronically and can be downloaded from the university website: www.paf-last.edu.pk and from the EPADS-KPPRA website.

Financial requirements: Earnest money amounting to 2% of the bid value in the shape of CDR must be submitted to the Procurement Office, Pak-Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences, Khanpur Road, Mang, Haripur before the online submission deadline. A tender fee of Rs. 1,000 must also be submitted; bids without these will not be opened.

Submission and opening:

• Submission method: EPADS only — manual bids will not be accepted.
• Submission deadline: 2026-07-14 at 11:00 AM (online submission via EPADS).
• Bid opening: 2026-07-14 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders.

The tender will be executed in accordance with KPPRA Rule 5(2), "Single Stage, Single Envelope Procedure".
