The Balochistan Forest & Wildlife Department, in collaboration with the Balochistan Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA), invites international and national bidders to develop, finance, build, operate, maintain and transfer a Carbon Offset Project (Afforestation, Reforestation and Revegetation — ARR) across coastal Balochistan under a Public-Private Partnership.
