Tender: Procurement of Chemicals, Glassware & Equipment — COMSATS University Islamabad (Abbottabad)

COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on a Single-Stage Single-Envelope basis for procurement of chemicals, glassware and equipment.

Eligibility: Income Tax & GST registered firms/suppliers that are on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for General Sales Tax and Income Tax of FBR.

Bids must be submitted via EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and a scanned copy of the bid security uploaded. A physical hard copy of the sealed bidding document and the original bid security must also be submitted to the campus on the closing date.

Bid security must be in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft (refundable) drawn in favour of "COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus" (FTN/NTN: 9010420-7). Scanned copy to be uploaded on EPADS; hard copy to be submitted physically with the sealed bidding document on the closing date.

Procedure: Single-Stage Single-Envelope. As per PPRA Rule 33, CUI may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance.
