If the opening date is a public holiday, the next official working day will be the date of opening, with time and venue remaining the same. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure, as per rule 38 (2) (a) of PPRA rules 2014, shall be applied. Bid validity period shall be 180 days. All assessments and procuring procedures, including receiving, opening, and awarding, shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
