Issuer: Balochistan Forest & Wildlife Department in collaboration with the Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA).
Purpose: International Competitive Bidding (ICB) to select a private partner under a PPP concession to design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer a Carbon Offset Project covering Afforestation, Reforestation and Revegetation (ARR) of approximately 34,351 hectares of eligible degraded mangrove ecosystems.
