POMA Punjab Invites Bids for Framework Contract to Supply Emergency Relief Items

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (POMA), Punjab invites bids for a framework contract to procure emergency relief items including canvas cloth, family tents, life jackets, plastic mats, mosquito nets and portable toilets on need basis.

Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single-Stage Two-Envelopes basis. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Submit electronic bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 30 July 2025 at 11:00 AM (opening same day at 11:30 AM). Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and Professional Tax and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.
