NADRA RHO Islamabad Tender for Sanitary Workers (3 Lots) – Bid by 2026-06-23

Issuer: Regional Head Office, NADRA Islamabad (Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control). Tender reference: NADRA-RHO-ISB-Proc/20/2026. NADRA RHO Islamabad invites sealed bids for provision of sanitary workers across three lots. Firms must be registered with Income/Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List.

Submission method and deadline:

Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted through E-PAD by 10:00 hours on 23 June 2026. Bids will be opened at 10:30 hours the same day via E-PAD in the presence of firm representatives at NADRA RHO Islamabad Building, Plot No. 30-31, Mauve Area, G-10/4, Islamabad. Original bid security must be submitted on or before the closing date and time.

Bid documents with full details may be obtained from www.ppra.gov.pk and E-PAD. Bid security amount for each lot is specified in the bidding document and must be attached with the bid in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order in the name of "NADRA NRC Disbursement Account Islamabad." Bidders may apply for specific or all lots.

Contract and coverage:

The successful bidder will be awarded an initial contract for one year, extendable for up to one additional year on mutually agreed terms. Staff will be required to cover the jurisdiction of NADRA RHO Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK); interested firms must have the capacity to cover these areas.
